BLENDING 101

BERRY SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
1            cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1/2        cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1            scoop vanilla protein powder optional
1            tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste) optional
1/2        cup ice cubes
1 cup   frozen berries (your choice)

 

INSTRUCTIONS for EZ600
    Add ingredients to FourSide, WildSide+ or Mini WildSide jar in order listed and secure lid.
    Blend on “Multipurpose 2”.
    Select the cycle depending on how big the serving is.

 FROZEN CARAMEL COFFEE FRAPPE

INGREDIENTS
2          cups double-strength coffee frozen into ice cubes
2  1/4  cups milk
1/4      cup caramel syrup
1/4      cup agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)


INSTRUCTION for EZ600
   Pour 2 cups of chilled, strong brewed coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze for 2–3 hours or until solid*.
   Add milk, agave nectar, caramel syrup, and coffee ice cubes to WildSide+ or FourSide jar and secure lid.
   Blend on “Multipurpose 1”.
   Select the cycle depending on how big the serving is.
LOADED BAKED POTATO SOUP
 
INGREDIENTS
1 3/4     cups milk warmed
1              green onion trimmed & halved
2 oz       reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/4         tsp kosher salt
1/8         tsp ground black pepper
2             large Yukon Gold potatoes baked or boiled
3             slices of bacon cooked & divided
1/4         cup light sour cream
 

INSTRUCTIONS for EZ600
    Add milk, sour cream, green onion, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper and 1 baked potato to WildSide+ or FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid.
    Blend on “ Multipurpose 2”. Then run the large cycle possibly a few times.
    Press "Pulse" 2-4 times to chop and incorporate ingredients for a chunky potato soup.
    Serve soup and garnish with desired baked potato toppings.

HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS
15     oz can chickpeas drained and ⅓ cup liquid reserved
2       tbsp fresh lemon juice
1        clove garlic quartered
1/2    tsp kosher salt
2        tbsp olive oil
2        tbsp tahini

 


INSTRUCTIONS for EZ600
   Add ingredients, including chickpea liquid, to FourSide, WildSide+, Mini WildSide or Twister jar in order listed and secure lid.
   Blend on “Multipurpose 2”.
   Select the cycle depending on how big the serving is.   

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS
¼     cup half-and-half
3      oz. sweetened condensed milk
½     tsp. vanilla extract
¼     tsp. fresh lemon juice
1       tsp. peppermint extract
¼     cup baby spinach
2      cups whole milk cubes (about 1 ice tray of frozen milk)
¼     cup chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS for EZ600
   Add first seven ingredients to jar in order listed and secure lid.
   Blend on “Multipurpose 3”.
   If more blending is required, press pulse several times until desired texture is achieved.
   Pulse in chocolate chips.
